KL Bird Park

Despite being in KL for the past 5 years, this is my first time making a trip to KL Bird Park. I expected most of the birds to be caged but was pleasantly surprised to find the birds flying around freely.

These parrots looked almost like a toy.

Caged hornbills

Fraser Hill

Fraser Hill is indeed well endowed with many natural settings, all the way from travelling upwards to reaching the destination.Stopping by the roadside, we can't help but to explore a spot below the highway.

Beautiful lakes captivates you even while you are driving

Reaching the town, we spotted this clock tower

The apartment that we stayed in , overlooks densed trees.
The peace and tranquility is simply captivating.

Driving around, we stopped in an old smokehouse that operates as a restaurant.

Our next exploration took us to a beautiful forest. Here, you find nature at its best, cascading streams with waterfall, tall forest trees and insects as its inhabitants.

Our next stop was a park filled with pine trees. The pine trees reminded me of the "Salem High Country" advertisement many years ago. I heard that advertisement was filmed in Fraser Hill.

As we travelled back, we passed a beautiful lake.
